The highest kernel I've used Piranha successfully with
is kernel 2.4.18-26.7 which is the latest errata for
RH 7.2/7.3 and 2.4.18-26.8 for RH 8.0.

Not sure if you can use kernel 2.4.20.  The ipvsadm 
package may not work with that kernel's ip_vs modules.
But that is a guess.
