Routing problems - please help.

Hi all,
Made some progress with my LVS.
But I think I have some routing problems now.
 
My nodes ip addresses are 192.168.41.222 and 192.168.41.223.
The web server on both of them functions well (can access from every station
for both IP addresses).
 
My virtual server's ip address is 192.168.41.226.
When I access this address, it should reroute me to one of my nodes.
 
When I am routed to 192.168.41.222 (which is the master LVS node), it is
fine.
When I am routed to 192.168.41.223 - I cannot see the web site. (seems like
it is off).
 
Any ideas ?
