What is the latest nanny version number?

I am trying to find out if there is a more recent version of Nanny. I
have version 1.46 which I downloaded with piranha-0.7.0. Is this the
latest version. Reason being, I need nanny to work with an external
program to check the status of a resource. However, Nanny will only do
that to an lvs server, not under fos, according to Nanny's man pages. If
there is no update, then if someone could please give me a suggestion
for testing failover for two postgres servers. These servers share a
data directory so only one can be running at a time. I have been trying
to figure out how to get Nanny to monitor these, but I get pingponging
and both servers end up running and both servers have the shared address
and they fight for control. I will continue to look for an update, but
any suggestions would be helpful.

That appears to be working just fine. If I can nail this failover, it
would be great, as I have just been told that we have to set this up for
another customer also.
