The sam eproblem with iptables :)

[root@telemach3 ~]# iptables -A IN -d 212.29.1.83 -j drop
iptables v1.2.11: Couldn't load target
`drop':/lib/iptables/libipt_drop.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory

Try `iptables -h' or 'iptables --help' for more information.

Thanks to arptables_jf maintainer, we have an answer for you...

The commands are case sensitive... Try:

arptables -A IN -d ...
             ^^
