it works for me now :)

the "setsockopt failed: Invalid argument" comes form ipvsadm

after a build from the source "ipvsadm.1.8-8" it's ok .

after I realized this:

I did also an upgrade to ipvs netfilter modul 1.0.2
build it from source installed it.
chmod +s /sbin/ipvsadm

build piranha piranha-0.6.1-3 from source installed it

piranha works for me now with netfilter 1.0.2 und direct routing.

arp problem on real servers is gone with
/sbin/iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -d <VIP> -j REDIRECT
