webmail hang

hai,
     The piranha confired to serve load balacing for 80,25,110,143,389 ports with 3 real
servers,the real servers ready to serve the above ports.
     After 5min i am not able to click "compose", "inbox" and other buttons, simply the server not
responding, it's not giving any error in the webpage.

we are using rhel4-U2-AS, with piranha-0.8.1-1 version.

please help me to resolve this issue.
