Ivelin,

Red Hat 7.3's 2.4.18-4 kernel is using ipvs 0.9.7 patch.  Therefore, you
need to use newer version of ipvsadm.  I have taken the official ipvsadm
release form linuxvirtualserver.org and added a patch to support Red Hat
7.2/7.3 system.
