mgetty and PPP

hello
 
I am using following version of mgetty trying to auto ppp stuff , but doesn't seems to execute ppp.
mgetty-1.1.26-6
 
Does anyone know if mgetty come with  Auto ppp by default or I have to recompile it.
 
Other question I have is that
I don't wan to use
login.config for Auto PPP, as I think that will apply to every connection, mgetty listens to.
As I do simple login and once user is authenticated base /etc/passwd , then ppp is forked.
But on this perticular device I want auto PPP to pick
can I put an entry in /etc/inittab as under
21:2345:respawn:/sbin/mgetty -s115200 ttyC21 /AutoPPP/ -    a_ppp   /usr/sbin/pppd auth -chap +pap login debug
OR
/AutoPPP/ -    MryNws     /usr/sbin/pppd file /etc/ppp/options.ttyC21
 
Any help will be appreciated.
