unable to connect to internet using dial up

i am a newbie to linux . my machine is running redhat 9.0 .i am having us 
robotics 56k external modem and it is connected  to /dev/ttyS0.i have 
properly inserted the username and password in the /etc/wvdial.conf file and 
when i dial to my isp using wvdial i get the following message and iam not 
able to connect myself to the internet . my /etc/wvdial.conf file is shown 
below along with the /var/log/messages file. please help me out to solve the 
problem.
