Help required

Dear Sir,
I need help in linux. When I run internet from the root user it works
fine but when I start it from other user it asked for the root password
which I don't want to gibe to every user.I can give them user name and
password of internet connection but it is foolishness to give password
of root. Secondly when I start intrent in KDE the taskbar does't work
Please tell me how to solve these small problem I am trying to shift to
linux but due to these small problem I have to keep windows. and please
tell me some mail address where I can send my problem. I am trying to
promote linux in my country Please give me some assistance.
