Hello,
I'm having this problem here.
I have a leased line conecting a Linux box (RH 7.3) and a windows=20
2003 Server. I'm trying to setup a conection between the 2 but i'm stuck=20
in the config files for the linux box . I have already setup a=20
windows-windows conection between both ends of the line as a direct=20
serial conection. The windows 2003 machine is acting as server and the=20
linux box shoul be acting as a client. I would say the line work=20
correctly as I can connect a windows machine as a client and connect to=20
the windows 2003 server.
The windows servers has RAS active and the link works with ppp.
Does anyone know how to setup this conection using ppp + login over=20
a direct null cable connection (Actually it is a leased line ) with a=20
windows 2003 server acting as RAS server?. IF anyone can point me in=20
the right direction i'll really apreciate it .
Tks in advance and sorry for my poor english.
