DOH!.

My mistake - you are correct in your thinking. 

/32 is for one IP.  I was thinking /24.   Sorry.

But again - Depending on the range of IP address provided determines the
broadcast IP's within that range.   The broadcast of a /32 will not work
within the range of the IP's you previously listed.

Ok.  It's official.  Now I'm *really* confused.

I thought that a /32 limits signaling to that *single* IP.

And that a "/24" would allow "talk to each other from 1 to 255".

i.e.,

  /32 -> 1   address
  /29 -> 8   addresses
  /24 -> 256 addresses

no?
