    If you have the timeconfig rpm installed on your system, the easiest
way to change the system time zone is to issue the "timeconfig" command as
root. To see what it does without actually changing anything (and without
needing to be root), do "timeconfig --test".  You probably want to set
your zone to "America/Buenos_Aires".
