That's what it is... just run it :-)

cd DIR_WHERE_YOU_PUT_THE.bin_FILE
chmod u+x DUNNO_HOW'S_CALLED.bin
./DUNNO_HOW'S_CALLED.bin

A good piece of advice: Linux and Oracle are two wild animals... if you spend
some time and tame them, the reward will arrive; going around and fiddling will
only get you bad bites... More simply put: RTFM ;-)
