Read the advisory from earlier this week, esp. the RedHat specific section. The backported the fixes into sendmail 8.11.6; the updated RPM for this for 7.2 is sendmail-8.11.6-1.62.2.i386.rpm. Back-porting a fix is often easier and less destructive than moving to a newer version of a package that might introduce other problems. To get to your specific question, look at the man page for up2date.
