	I agree that the response was quite rude. I can also say that it
lends one to believe that the company Mr. Gradwohl works for
(www.ycc.com); condones such statements being made on their behalf. 

	I have considered contacting their Human Resources department
([email protected]) to determine if such attitudes are welcomed and in fact
looked for in new hires. However, that would take too much of my time
and I have better things to do.

That's just plain rude.
Though you are right to suggest that the poster RTFM, your attitude is 
rotten. This kind of crap is why I no longer use Red Hat.
