RE: Network going up and down...

Tina, It should show in /var/log/messages, but I'm guessing you already
looked there. If it is a driver issue, you might see complaints in:
/var/log/dmesg

What type of NIC are you using? Are you using static IP's or DHCP?

No i am trying to connect it through thr ip only and it connects but the
connections remains for sometime and then i get lost:(
I don't know why its up for sometime and then down for another restart.
