Yes. Undo everything you've done. Don't do it again.

Find and read the networking-howto for starters. Until then, it's pretty
obvious that you don't know just how far out of your league you are right
now.

Then find the ESR paper on asking questions on mailing lists, and read
that. Until you've done that, no-one on a mailing list can help you with
the quality and quantity of information you are giving.

Then, before you do anything else, ask your question.

This sounds harsh, I know. When you mess with DNS or email, you are
messing with the engine that runs the Internet. You have the capability to
screw things up for more than just yourself. There are stacks of documents
that are pored over with a fine tooth comb to make things work by
developers and should be read by sysadmins and wannabes. If you can't or
won't do that, then practice this sentence: "Would you like fries with
that, sir?"
