Hello.

I was running a fairly resourse-intensive program yesterday and
my Red Hat 7.2 system crashed. I manually turned the computer
off and on again but the computer halts booting with the following
error:

Kernel Panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.

I have been using Red Hat linux for a while, but I am not an expert. I
tried booting with the boot disk and the same error
was received.

Any help would be provided.

Thank you.
