As long as you download exactly the RPM files required by the errata
you're trying to deal with just doing "rpm -Fvh *.rpm" will in general
do the job. However, check each errata's documentation, because sometimes
there are different instructions.

You can also use up2date with a local repository, check out the
man page and look at the -k or --packagedir option.
