3Ware-controller-problem

I have RH 7.2 with a 3Ware-ATA-RAID-controller model 6410. This 
machine had an uptime of over 300 days - I installed all relevant 
patches from RH.

Today there was a power loss and now the array is degraded, one disk 
is "Not in Service". Remove disks does nothing, Add disk and Rebuild 
Array are giving error messages.

What is wrong here?
