boot_process_hang-up_at_sendmail

Hi.  During startup, the process is hung up at the part where it starts
sendmail.  It does eventually say ok and start up fine it just takes quite
some time, which is annoying.  Does anyone know where I would start to find
out what causes this delay and solve it?  Thanks very much.
