There is a copyright on the book, it is available for a price. Downloading
the book outside of the licensing agreement is an infringement.

People, it's a copyright that makes linux what it is. If we don't adhere
to the copyright laws (as a group), then we will be seen to be little
better than a warez bunch of jerks. The argument that we are just that
gets bandies about enough without our help.

That said, if someone one the list wants to suggest illegal activity to
someone else on the list in the future, it would be well served to keep
those conversations off the public lists where we all become a party to
the act by our silence.
