  We'll need a lot more information, viz.: 
  1. Is it a local printer or do you access it from a server? In the
latter case, is it a Unix/Linux or a Windows server?
  2. How did you configure your printer? 
  3. Did you update your printer configuration tools, like printconf and
foomatic? Is your ghostscript up-to-date? Check RedHat's errata.
  4. Did you select the right driver?
etc.

  The more specific you are, the greater the chance that someone in the 
list will be able to help you.
  By the way, we advise you to send your messages in text format, not
html.
