Problem with ethernet card

hi, I tried to install my ethernet card (D-link 530TX), the module for this 
card is via-rhine.o but I did insmod via-rhine.o and the answer was 
"via-rhine.o: init_module: NO such device
Hint: isnmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including 
invalid IO or IRQ parameters
my D-link has drivers for linux in the installation CD but when I do make 
install I get an error... no sources kernel find..something like that, but I 
have the sources at /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
some one know how to fix the problem??
