kernal update 2.4.18-27.7.x newbie bcm5820-1.81

I've done a quick check of the list archive but my red eyes could not find a
relevent post.
I'm new to Linux so I'm probably missing something obvious but after a day
searching
and not finding much helpfull I'd really appreciate a solution from someone
who knows what they are doing!

After installing RH 7.2 OK the update agent found a package dependency
problem updating the kernal-2.4.18.27.7.x    requires bcm5820-1.81

I found a file called bcm5820-1.81.tgz which seems to fit what is being
asked for.
So my questions is what can I do to install it? Or is something else able to
resolve the dependency? I need to update the kernal so I can run domino 6.
