Re: Denying e-mail based on a word in the body of message --> in sendmail 8.11.6

First of all, don't reply on any of those messages. Either the sender of 
the spam is not a valid e-mail addres (so the reply will bounce right 
back at you) or if it is, they know from your reply your e-mail address 
is in use, being read and a good target for even more spam. (that's also 
why you should never click on those "click here to stop these messages" 
links, they do exactly the opposite)
The easiest way to get rid of most spam is to allow sendmail to check if 
the sending mailserver is listed in the Open Relay Database and SpamCop.
What those (free) services do is maintain a list of open relays (ordb) 
or known spamservers (spamcop) Sendmail can easily be configured to use 
those lists and deny any mail from that server.

I found checking just ordb does not stop every spam message. with ordb 
and spamcop together I am now spamfree for well over a month but, as a 
warning, I know of at least 1 legitimate e-mail which was unrightfully 
blocked by spamcop. Neither site claims to be a perfect solution anyway, 
so I advise to at least read the online documentation carefully before 
using either of these services.

Last but not least, there are more of those (free) services available. 
The ones I mentioned are probably the most widely used.
