Easily with the likes of SpamAssassin.

MEVER do this for several reasons.

First it tells them your address is a "live one", if it actually goes
back to them instead of some innocent.

Second Reply to: addresses are almost always forged. So how do you
reply to them? At worst you spam an innocent.

Third the headers are often forged as well. So there is often no way
to get a message back to the actual sender, who would probably toss
the reply on the floor. At worst you spam an innocent.

You are far better off to simply drop the messages on the floor.
Of course, if you had such a dumb filter as to simply chop messages
based on the presence of a single word then note how this hopefully
slightly helpful message about eliminating messages containing the
word "Viagra" would never reach you.

SpamAssassin is a smarter filter and does a remarkably good job on
spam. With a small library of custom filters and scores I am quite
successfully and accurately tagging 30 to 50 spams a day and missing
only two or three per day using an already obsolete version. Incorrect
tags happen perhaps once a week at most. At this level of success
any puny attempts I might make to reinvent this wheel would be rather
pointless.
