Re: Routing help....

It works better when use subnets routing, for filtering the incoming and 
outgoing traffic. We have a similar conection, my configuration is teh 
next (olnly suggest):

Pc card 1: 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0
Pc card 2: 10.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0
Defaulrouter is 10.0.0.138

My DSL connection is 10.0.0.138.

For configure Linux for gateway:

edit /etc/sysctl.conf and configure the next line:
  net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1

edit /etc/sysconfig/netwokw and add the next line:
FORWARD_IPV4=yes

Is necesary configure some firewall for security...
