There should be a .mozilla directory in your user's home directory, and the mail folder is under that. If you don't have any special users set up in Mozilla, the structur would be:
/home/<user>/.mozilla/default/<something>/mail
The individual mail files (Inbox, Sent, etc...) are in that folder.
