/sbin/ip does things like these, and tons more:

gv /usr/share/doc/iproute-*/ip-cref.ps

(you need to have the iproute rpm installed, of course)

Btw, why _all_ the traffic should go through one interface when you have two?
Wouldn't it be more useful to have both cards active all the time, and route
traffic to the working one only in case the other had problems?
Just an idea...
