Hehe...this is lots of fun...

Just ran memcheck, comes up with over one million errors around certain
addresses...

And, I just looked at the module K-Byte sent me to replace the defective
one...it's the same module I sent in, same serial # and everything.

Guess who's calling K-Byte tomorrow :).

Thanks for all your help, guys. Panics usually don't baffle me, but I
just
couldn't figure out what was causing this one. This is why I love *nix,
windows would have never given the slightest indication something was
wrong.
DOWN WITH MICROSOFT (as I use Outlook Express, lol).
