Thanks Michael, Your instructions fixed the problem. Are the 7.2 upgrades available on a CD like a service pack? I seem to remember that the time estimate for downloading the upgrades over dial-up was 27 hours. I may be confusing this recollection with the 7.1 upgrade. This was a known issue with the 7.2 release. http://www.redhat.com/support/resources/gotchas/7.2/ As root: 'depmod -ae' should fix it. You should apply all available updates as soon as possible. - -- - -Michael pgp key: http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/gpgkey.txt Red Hat Linux 7.{2,3}|8.0 in 8M of RAM: http://www.rule-project.org/ - -- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+s0p/n/07WoAb/SsRAqiEAJ9vD1JRfFesEunKoERjtJCE81cQgQCeJcCz CmtTpwDNTViYEqNKgfXsfz4= =x9Rk -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ enigma-list mailing list [email protected] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/enigma-list
