squirrelmail installation failed

Hi all,
I'm using Redhat 7.2.  HTTPD  is running .  And my apache version is  
apache-1.3.27-1.7.2
When  trying to install squirrelmail -1.2.11-1.noarch.rpm ,  I got message 
like this:

error: failed dependencies:  HTTPD  is needed by squirrelmail-1.2.11-1.

I can't  understand  that   HTTPD is Running but ....
