In that case, perhaps allowing "-m state --state RELATED" _might_
work to overcome the problem.

(I'm not handling netmeeting anywhere that I manage, so I'm not sure
if this will work).

Backwards?  That's a massive understatement!  It is a typical m$
solution...  as long as it works (or _appears_ to work), then it's
ok.  They really don't care about security (not unless they are
forced to look at it).
