Re: DNS and its IP for Linux

This is a new Linux server, I am not technical guy. No regular system
administrator for the server yet.

If I want to open a domain, I need to know DNS for the domain to be
appointed. That is why I asked.

When I checked the "cat /etc/resolv.conf",  I saw like below

nameserver IP
nameserver IP
search xxx.com

My real question is how I can appoint my domain with proper DNS in order to
set up virtual domain at the server ?
