how to build a custom bootable cd

Hello Everybody.

I need to know what I have to do in
order to build a custom cd.
I had to build a new kernel (2.4.9-31)
image with couple "special" device
drivers which is not available on the
original cd. Now, everything is
working, and we need to build CDs and
make then ready to install.

I appreciate your help.

PS: I made PXE images and it's working
