 Please post with a fresh subject.... I almost deleted the digest thing
'cos I don't get digest messages. I'm sure I'm not the only one on the
list to dismiss these messages out of hand.

What was your mail server when it was open relay? If it was postfix, you
did some work to open it up as an open relay, as it's not out-of-the-box.

May just a fresh install of postfix, scrapping your old conf will be fastest.
