"Happy Meal" in /var/log/messages

Hi all,

	I have a Linux red hat 7.2. as a router, with kernel 2.4.9-34enterprise and
Sun Quad Fast Ethernet network card. It's intel plattform

	Since last week, the network hangs up for a while, and immediately appears
the folowing message in /var/log/messages:

	"kernel: eth3: Happy Meal out of receive descriptors, packet dropped."

	Does anybody know what's happening?, And how to solve it?
