re front page ext

Has anyone had any luck installing the front page extensions on the current
red hat, We can not get it to work i believe the libraries are not
compatible but not sure.
We keep getting a error that says virtual server are not installed. they are
and we have tried every fix we can find on the net for the error with no
luck. Any one else run into the same with the latest version of redhat
installed we are using
