Sendmail And Exchange Server

I have two email groups I have created. One can send to the rest of the
world. This group exists on my Exchange Server. One group can only
communicate internally - No external access.All the users should be able to
communicate with each other irregardless of which server is hosting them.
How do I do this or how do I get sendmail to have two user groups one for
internal one for external
