Help with wu-ftpd

Hi All
I have Redhat linux system 8.0 where in i want to set up a few ftp accounts, i want the all the users to be chrooted to a particular directory say /abc/xyz

I dont want the users to be able to traverse through to the directories and and want them to glues on to the directories with being able to create new directories in the specified folder.

Earlier in RH 7.2 this worked fine when i specified the user as guest user but the same is not possible with RH 8.0 kidly let me know how to get the same.
