I m a student of masters in a unversity. I intend to make a program
in C on Linux OS which does the following things:

1. Construct a packet of TCP
2. Mark the TOS bit of the packet with a specific number.
3. Send the packet to the server using its IP Address.
4. Recieve the packet back from the server.
5. Calculate the time taken by the packet to reach back to the
client while traversing through the server.

It would really be nice if you could help me in it.
