Samba: Pseudo PDF Printer

I have created a pseudo PDF printer in Samba to share on my Windows network.
When I create the printer.def file and share the print drivers from the
Linux box, I do not get the full list of page sizes when I open the printing
preferences from my PDF printer.  Have you fixed or noticed a similar
problem.  I need to generate large-format postscript files to convert to
pdf.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
