There's g95 (g95.sourceforge.net) but I'm not sure it's up to
professional work.  The Portland Group compilers (www.pgroup.com)
aren't terribly expensive ($400 for a single nodelocked license) and
are well supported; I would recommend them if you require that kind of
thing.  You can get trial licenses for free but note that the
applications compiled with the trial version will stop running when
the trial period runs out.
