Anti virus won't prevent you from getting hundreds or thousands of 
connections per minute from infected users on the internet sending you 
viruses, or remote servers sending you those damn "virus in your email" 
notices.  I've got virus protection running on my own servers, but 
they're running up against the ceiling imposed by connection rate 
throttling for SMTP connections.

Is anyone else taking a beating like this:

I'm wondering why this isn't making more press.  From RAV's statistics, 
this virus might send out more copies of itself by the end of its first 
week than any other virus has done in the entire last year.
