installing glibc_2.3 on RH7.2

Hello,
 I am trying to install Q.chem package Gaussian2003 on my computer with OS
RH7.2. Gaussian(g03) doesnot run giving an error message :
/lib/i686/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3' not found (required by
/opt/g03/util.so)

How can I install GLIBC_2.3 on my computer running with RH7.2 ? I will
very much appreciate any suggestions/helps.
