sendmail problem

Hi all,

I am trying to configure my outlook. But the outlook gives an 
error, whether i use the servername or its ip address.

Error Message:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account 
'servername.net', Server: 'serername.net', Protocol: POP3, 
Port:110, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number 
0x800CCC0E".

somebody please help.
