No INIT after hacked

Don't know almost anything about telnet,firewall,ftp,
etc.(security).  On my RHL 7.3 I couldn't telnet from
other windoze machine so I setup->firewall->enable
telnet and others things.
after few days it starts showme the error "neighbour
table overflow" I look for dmesg and saw an ftp open
port from many ip. in /temp I found various .cinik.*
files I read the .cinik.c and it was a kind of viruses
I deleted all in /temp and tried to chmod the /var/ftp
"I did a chmod -R 233 ftp" after this I could not use
none command 'no such command' I guess it changes the
whole systems perms.   I did a hard reboot but now it
says no init.    what do i must do now?
any sugestion will be welcome
