Not a clue. Then again I use the command line to add/remove packages.

But, Red Hat says gnorpm has been replaced with redhat-config-packages.
It's mentioned in the RELEASE-NOTES.
And it should be possible to build gnorpm for RHL-8.0.

I still prefer xf86config, but that was a bad discussion with
Mike Harris. Basically some tools they feel are easier to rewrite
in python, with the functions they want, than to add those functions
to other tools, and fix bugs in them. Including the old tools
doesn't lead  people to use the new tools, so bug don't get reported
or fixed.

Anaconda, the installer, was one example, the first I remember.
Lets give the other tolls a little time to get fixed.

I don't work for Red Hat. Ask them where/why they are going.
